Purpose – Bringing Light
At Atlantic Recreation we are a dedicated partner in the world of racquet sports and wellness. Since our founding in 1991, we have worked closely with country clubs and residential communities across the nation, understanding that each has unique needs and goals. Our focus is on three core services – recruiting, coaching and consulting, all designed to enhance the experiences of members and the effectiveness of leadership.
We know that hiring the right Professionals can be a daunting task, which is why we manage about 90% of the recruiting process for our clients. By listening to your needs and carefully vetting candidates, we present a shortlist that empowers you to make the final decision with confidence.
Our coaching services offer personalized instruction in fitness, tennis and pickleball, whether in person or online, ensuring that everyone has access to Professional training regardless of location.
In addition to recruiting and coaching, our consulting services help clubs evaluate and improve their racquet sports and fitness amenities. With decades of hands-on experience, we can guide clients through the intricacies of planning, building or restoring amenity courts. We are not just about business, we are about fostering a community that thrives on engagement and growth, ensuring a satisfying experience for everyone involved.
At Atlantic Recreation, we believe that our process is just as important as the results we deliver. From the moment we engage with our clients, we take the time to understand their unique needs and challenges. We handle about 90% of the hiring process, ensuring that we listen closely to what clubs are looking for in their Racquet Sports, Fitness, and Activities Directors. By sourcing and vetting candidates thoroughly, we present a curated shortlist, allowing clubs to maintain control over the final decision while we take care of the heavy lifting.
When it comes to coaching, we prioritize flexibility and accessibility. Our sessions, whether in-person or online, are designed to empower clients to enhance their skills in tennis, pickleball, and fitness, no matter where they are located. We know that our clients are busy, so we strive to make the learning experience as convenient as possible. With our consulting services, we draw on over a decade of hands-on experience to evaluate and improve court amenities, ensuring that every client has the support they need to thrive.
Our approach is rooted in simplicity and quality, focusing on the people we serve. We genuinely care about the success of our clients and their communities, which is why we guarantee satisfaction in all that we do. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining open communication, we ensure that our clients feel supported every step of the way.
